Members of the housing association are hereby called to an extraordinary general meeting.
Since one board member and one member of the nomination committee are stepping down, by-elections need to be held. The nomination committee has proposed two replacements. It will be possible to review the nomination committee's written material in advance if you wish. In that case, notify the board by creating a case in Nabo's portal.

- Opening of the meeting
- Election of the chairperson
- Election of the minute-taker
- Election of two persons to verify the minutes and count the votes
- Approval of the voting list

- Election of one member to the nomination committee
- Closing of the meeting
Members entitled to vote have the right to attend and vote in accordance with the association's statutes.
