About the association

BRF Irländaren sits in the middle of Blackeberg with nearby swimming, forest and good transport links.

Blackeberg centre has a pharmacy, Hemköp, health centre, restaurants, cinema, café, library, hairdresser, dentist, driving school, health food shop, florist, gym and more.

The property was previously owned by Svenska Bostäder and converted in March 2011.

The area

Blackeberg metro is about a 5-minute walk. Vällingby centre is two stops on the green line; central Stockholm about 25 minutes. Bus 127 runs between Blackebergs Grindstuga and Brommaplan.

Bromma Blocks shopping centre (opened 2010) is near Bromma Airport with many shops and restaurants: brommablocks.se.

About a 10-minute walk to Lake Mälaren and Ängbybadet; also Kanaan and Maltesholm beaches, and walks at Judarn nature reserve.

Schools nearby include Blackebergsskolan and Södra Ängbyskolan. Blackebergs gymnasium is highly regarded. There are several municipal and private preschools in the area.
