The association has 12 parking spaces with engine heater outlets, 7 large garages and 7 smaller garages, plus 1 larger MC garage and 1 smaller MC garage. Outdoor parking spaces have EV charging stations.
Parking on paths and outside entrances is not allowed, except for loading/unloading and disability transport.

Large vs small garage
Both are small by modern standards. Same depth and height; large garages are slightly wider inside. The door opening is the same size for both.
Joining the queue
Under “Queues” in the Nabo portal you can join the queue and see your current position.
Rules
- Three months’ notice. The lease ends if the apartment is sold.
- Usually only residents; prospective members may join the queue.
- Swaps may be prioritised over new rentals when that helps more people.
- One garage/parking space per apartment (exception: MC garages 5935 and 5936 — slope too steep for a normal car).
- Offers (email/SMS) must be answered within seven days or you go to the end of the queue.
