Noise
Show consideration for your neighbours!
Quiet hours are 23:00–07:00. That does not mean unlimited noise the rest of the day — some residents work nights and sleep during the day.
If you plan a party with higher volume, talk to neighbours first and consider a notice in the entrance.
The building is old and sound carries. Keep volume down late. If a neighbour disturbs you, contact them first. If nothing changes, the board can take action — contact Nabo.
Walking dogs
Dogs are walked outside the residential area, not on the association’s grounds.
