Privacy (GDPR)
Data protection policy
Section titled “Data protection policy”Below is the association’s data protection policy, required since 25 May 2018 under the GDPR.
HSB Bostadsrättsförening Irländaren i Stockholm collects (and keeps updated) the following personal data about members and tenants (apartment, parking or garage):
- Name
- Personal identity number
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Data is used for membership assessment, invoicing of fees/rent, door phones, parking/garage queues, and relevant information (e.g. outages or service).
Data is stored in Nabo’s customer portal and kept while the person remains a member/tenant, then deleted.
Access is given to the board and Nabo’s managers. Contact details and address (not personal identity number) may also be shared with the nomination committee and Säkerhetsintegrering AB (door phones and booking system), and with external contractors for service or renovation of rental apartments.
As a member or tenant you have the right to:
- Access your stored personal data
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have non-essential data deleted (some data the association must keep to fulfil its duties)
- Receive more detailed information on storage, retention and access
To exercise these rights, contact the board via Nabo, which jointly is the data controller.
You may always complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY):
